We can accommodate meetings in our Boardroom (10 people), Riverside Room (100 people) or as many as 200 in our Oakbrook Room. For larger conferences and meetings, our attached Waterford Banquet facility can host 1,000 or more, so you’ll find plenty of space for conferences, corporate meetings or training, team building or breakout rooms.

Banquets, Reunions, Parties
We can configure space for wedding receptions, sports banquets, family reunions, military reunions or social parties of any kind. Our banquet and catering menus offer options for every taste and price-range. Choose your level of bar service and your dance floor!
We can help with everything from a microphone for the best man’s toast to a DJ to liven things up after a day of meetings to a live band to celebrate birthdays, reunions or anniversaries!
Oakbrook Conference Room
The Oakbrook Room measures 52 ft by 47 ft with 9 ft ceilings and has a bar NW corner. Doors open to outside stairs for anyone wanting a breath of fresh air. The room has hosted wedding receptions, small trade shows and has been popular with real estate, mortgage and IT professional for training seminars.

Riverside Meeting Room
The Riverside Room measures 70 ft by 20 ft and 9 ft ceilings. Often used for continuing education, training and small social functions, it can be configured with appropriate technical equipment, bar and dance floor.

The Board Room
10 leather chairs surround a large conference table in this 11 x 26 meeting space. An optional wet bar can be set up for beverages, snacks, breakfast – you name it! The Board Room is popular with corporate clients because of its Epson Writer. Other audio/visual equipment is available, as needed.
I was in charge of planning a regional conference for my student organization. I was expecting to have many problems running the conference, but it was the professionalism and skill of the Clarion Hotel staff that eased my job as the head coordinator of the conference. The rooms are completely renovated and look phenomenal with HD tvs and marble covered bathrooms. The Clarion Hotel was a wonderful venue for our conference!

We hosted our Quarterly meeting at the Waterford and it was amazing. We had 160 employees attend. Throughout the planning process the Waterford was so accommodating and helpful down to the very last detail. The night of the event everything was perfect, it looked beautiful and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back for our next quarterly.
